Pricing for Military Records Corrections

We are military and we look to help other military. Prior to the economic crisis, we charged a minimum of $2500 an appeal. But, to help our fellow servicemembers and former servicemembers, we have instituted a significant price reduction.

We now charge $200 an hour for drafting appeals to either the Discharge Review Boards or the Boards for the Correction of Military Records. This is a military discount. Our normal hourly rates for all other legal work is $375 an hour.

We also cap the ultimate fee for these types of cases. While the cap can vary, generally we cap the fees at $1800. A typical appeal generally takes us between 4 and 8 hours to draft. The drafting time of your individual appeal is based upon the unique facts of your case.

While you do not need to appear before the board, if wish you to, you can. If you wish us to appear with you before the boards, we charge $2500 for the appearance. This does not include transportation costs and hotel lodging. Transportation costs are capped at $100 and hotel lodging is capped at the cost of a Comfort Inn. We do not believe in traveling first class at the client's expense.
